Mei's plans take an unexpected turn when she finds an abandoned

deaf old man in her car. Forcing her to navigate a series of obstacles and moral dilemmas that test her patience, priorities, and compassion as she attempts to get him help.

This film SAVERIO, based on true events, aims to shine a light on a silent issue called, “Granny Dumping.” 

CURRENTLY FUNDRAISING

Mei's already hectic schedule becomes chaotic when she finds an elderly deaf man, Saverio, abandoned in her car. With a desperate note from his daughter, Mei's attempts to seek help are thwarted, leaving her responsible for his safety. As she juggles the demands of her impatient boyfriend, Spencer, and her overbearing mother, Mei takes Saverio to a diner, faces social prejudices, and ultimately brings him to the party, causing tension and embarrassment. Through this journey, Mei reevaluates her priorities, builds an unexpected bond with Saverio, and reconnects with her mother, finding solace and kindness in unexpected places.
