Privacy Policy

Effective November 7, 2026

This policy covers Midnight Verses, a poetry-by-phone program operated by Charming Stranger Films, LLC.

What we collect. Your phone number, the name you give us, your time zone, whether you chose alerts at any hour or daytime only, the date and wording of your consent, which poems have been read to you, and brief notes about readings.

How we use it. Only to run Midnight Verses: to send alerts, to call you when you reply CALL, to avoid reading you the same poem twice, and to keep a record of your consent and opt-out. Calls are not recorded.

How it's stored. Your information is held with our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes it on our behalf.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Your choices. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. To have your information deleted entirely, email cameo@charmingstranger.com.
